Refund Policy

Introduction

At Divine Mart, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refund Food and Beverage Delivery: Due to the perishable nature of  food items, refunds are only processed in cases of incorrect or missing items, or if  the food does not meet quality standards.

2. Meat Delivery: Similar to food delivery, refunds for meat products are provided only  if the product is not as described or does not meet hygiene standards.

3. Second-Hand Laptop and Desktop Sales: Refunds for tech products are available  within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition  with all accessories and packaging.

4. Grocery Delivery: For grocery items, refunds are processed in cases of expired  products, incorrect items, or damaged goods.

Process for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please follow these steps: Contact our customer support at divinemart.in/support within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will process the refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions: Please note that certain items may be exempt from refunds, including Customized or personalized items Digital products or services Items marked as ‘final sale’ or ‘non-returnable’

Changes to Refund Policy: Divine Mart reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We recommend reviewing it periodically for any changes.

IR-INFOTECH believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • IR-INFOTECH does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the IR-INFOTECH, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
